Each year Fairways of Canton entertains numerous private groups and organizations. Regardless of the size of the group or the reason for their golf event, our staff works diligently to make their golf outing a success. Explore your options with Fairways of Canton and experience what has made our golf course one of Georgia’s best.

The Fairways of Canton Ladies Golf Association welcomes all women golfers over the age of 18. Our aims are:

To promote friendship through the enjoyment of the game of golf.
To promote an understanding of golf etiquette and rules of golf.
To advance knowledge and skill in the game of golf.
We play on Wednesdays, with a shotgun start at 9:00 or 10:00 am, depending on the time of year. Each week we play fun games and we have four major tournaments per year, including the Club Championship in the fall.

The Laurel Canyon Men’s Golf Association (LCMGA) was formed in 2012. The goal of the Association is to promote good fellowship and sportsmanship among its members and to encourage active participation of its members in weekly golf events.  For more information GOTO  www.lcmga.com  

NASMGA - North Atlanta Senior Men’s Golf Association NASMGA is a like-minded group of senior golfers who organize events each month hosted at participating member clubs across North Atlanta. Currently, there are 17 member clubs: Atlanta National, Berkeley Hills, Big Canoe, Bridgemill, Brookfield, Eagle Watch, Fairways of Canton, Indian Hills, Iron Horse, Olde Atlanta, Laurel Fields, Polo Fields, Roswell Country Club, Rivermont, White Columns, White Columns, Windermere and Woodmont. NASMGA organizes a series of open tournaments and a multiple round match play tournament.

The series of Open Tournaments are hosted across the member clubs and are open to all NASMGA Members. The competitive intra-club Match Play events are scheduled from March through September. The participating member club teams are divided into divisions. Division play typically includes 3 home and 3 away matches. The overall NASMGA Match Play Champion is decided by single elimination playoff matches in the Fall.

The Fairways of Canton Team captured the 2020 & 2023 NASMGA Championships. GFTG Players have tee times every week on Sunday and Friday mornings. The group is made up of low to mid handicap players. The league is capped at an 18 index and below.
